Synopsis
Thoda Pyaar Thoda Magic is a love story. Romantic love, family
love and most of all self love. Ranbeer Talwar as a young boy lost everyone he loved. Because of this he shut himself off from everyone. A top achiever in school he grows up to be one of the country's top industrialists, absorbing himself in work and blocking out everything else. One night while on his cell phone he crashes into a car killing a couple and leaving their four children orphans. One year later when the matter is finally before the courts, Ranbir is found guilty and the judge instead of sentencing him to jail decides that his retribution to the children will be to become their legal guardian.
The children, two boys and two girls hate him for causing their parents' death and want revenge. They do not want to live with him and he doesn’t want to look after them but the court has ordered it so they don’t have a choice. While Ranbir tries to make them happy by buying them the best toys, they proceed to make mischief in order to make his life miserable. One day when things get really bad, Ranbir and the four children all separately pray to God for help. God sends the help in the form of Geeta, his most mischievous, childlike, lovable angel to the rescue, with a mission to bring Ranbir and the kids together as a family.
Geeta comes cycling down a rainbow and bursts into Ranbir's house as the self-proclaimed new nanny. While the children are all skeptical about her, she manages to win them over with the help of a little magic. She then proceeds to try to bring Ranbir and the children together. Her biggest task being to get Ranbir to forgive himself for the deaths he caused and to open up and allow love into his life again. She eventually accomplishes the task and has to return to heaven. But there is one more problem. Geeta and Ranbir have fallen in love with each other. She wants to stay on Earth with Ranbir and the kids. Will God allow it? Thoda Pyaar Thoda Magic is a perfect family movie that will have you laughing and crying.
